Coverage
3 stands cover this much of your floor.
Placements are numbered in the order they earn their keep. Position 1 catches everyone who pays. By position 5 you are catching the people who never walk past the counter at all, the ones sitting in a chair, or paying at the table.
Each stand counts its own taps, so after a fortnight you can see which placement is doing the work and move the quiet one. The count is per stand and nothing else, no cookie on the customer’s phone, nothing that identifies them.
Change the quantity above and the plan follows.
- 1Checkout counterEveryone stops here. It is the one placement no shop should skip.
- 2Pay terminalCatches them while the card is still in their hand.
- 3Waiting areaPeople sitting with nothing to do are the easiest ask of the day.

In the box
What actually arrives.
Nothing to activate, no account to create before the stands work. They are encoded and tested here, so the first customer of the day can use one.
- The stands, programmed to your review link and tested on both an iPhone and an Android handset
- A placement card showing where the first three go, in order
- Non-marking adhesive pads, one per stand, if you want them fixed down
- A card with your dashboard link for changing where the stands point
What you pay
Once. That is the whole model.
A stand is a thing you buy, not a seat you rent. There is no plan behind it that we can put up later.

The one thing we run for you is the forwarder that lets you change where the stands point. If we ever stopped running it, we would publish a way to reprogram your chips to point straight at your review page.
Setup
Three steps, then it is done.
- 1Send us your review linkPaste it at checkout, or reply to the order email if you need to find it first. It is the short link Google gives you under “Ask for reviews” in your Business Profile. If you cannot find it, send us your business name and city and we will look it up.
- 2We program and shipEvery chip is encoded and tested before it leaves, so nothing arrives blank.Orders go out in 1–2 business days. Each stand is tapped on both an iPhone and an Android handset as part of packing.
- 3Put it where people stopCounter first, pay terminal second. It works the moment you take it out of the box.No pairing, no app, no account for your staff to remember. If you later want the link to point somewhere else, change it from your dashboard.
Also useful
For the customers who never reach the counter.
Delivery orders, tableside payments, and anyone who walks straight out. The plate carries the same link as your stands.
Yes, iPhone XS and newer, with no app to install. Hold the top edge of the phone against the stand and the review page opens in Safari.
iPhone 7 through X can read it too, but the screen has to be awake and unlocked first. Anything older uses the QR code printed on the same face.
Yes. Almost every Android phone sold since about 2015 has NFC and leaves it switched on. Tap the middle of the back of the phone against the stand.
If nothing happens, NFC is switched off in settings, or the phone is one of the budget models that ships without it, in which case the QR code covers it.
Every stand has a QR code printed on the face, pointing at the same review page. The camera app reads it, no separate scanner app, no typing.
In practice a busy counter uses both: regulars tap, and anyone whose phone does not cooperate scans instead.
No. The chip is passive, no battery, no charging, no pairing. It draws the tiny amount of power it needs from the phone that taps it.
The stand works during a power cut and works in a basement. The customer’s phone needs a connection to load the review page, but the stand itself never does.
Yes, free and as often as you like. The chip stores a short Vouchify address that forwards to your review page, so changing where it points is a settings change rather than a new stand.
That matters if you move, rebrand, or want to send taps somewhere else for a week.
Yes. Every chip is encoded individually before it ships, so a pack does not have to point at one place. Pick “a link per stand” in the buy box, send us the links after checkout, and we label each box so the right stand reaches the right counter.
That means a 3-pack can cover one shop three times over, or three shops that share an owner. There is no extra charge either way.
No. You pay once for the stands. There is no subscription, no per-review charge, and no paid tier holding back a feature.
Link changes and tap counts are included for as long as you own the stand. The only thing we run on your behalf is the forwarder that makes changing the link possible, if we ever stopped running it, we would publish a way to reprogram your chips to point straight at your review page.
We program and pack orders in 1–2 business days. After that it is 3–7 business days across Canada and 5–9 to the US.
Rush processing moves your order to the front of the programming queue for $12, so it leaves the next business day. It does not change carrier transit time.
Yes, $29 once per order, however many stands are in it. Send a PNG, SVG, or PDF after checkout and we email a proof before anything is printed.
Printing adds one business day to processing.
Asking every customer for feedback is fine. What is not allowed is offering an incentive for a review, or filtering so that only happy customers are asked, Google calls that review gating.
Vouchify does not do either. There is no discount for leaving a review, no star-rating screen in front of the link, and no way to route unhappy customers somewhere private. The stand opens your public review page for everyone who taps it, whatever they are about to write.
That is a deliberate product decision, and it is why the stand is a piece of acrylic rather than a funnel.
Nothing that identifies them. The forwarder counts taps per stand so you can see which placement is doing the work, and that is the whole of it.
No app is installed, no cookie is set on the customer’s phone, and we never see who they are or what they wrote.
More than 10, or more than one address?
We price the whole group, program each location to its own review page, and label the boxes so your staff put the right ones out.
